Online Hypnotherapy for Anxiety — Anywhere in the U.S.
You don’t have to live near me to work with me. I’ve coached clients across the country and as far away as Japan, using the same structured 8-session program I use in my West Chester office. The work is the same. The results are the same. You just do it from your own living room.

How Online Sessions Actually Work
We meet over video — usually Zoom, but whatever you’re comfortable with. You need a quiet room, a door that closes, headphones if the house is busy, and a chair or couch where you can sit back comfortably. That’s it.
Sessions run about an hour. We talk first, the same way we would in person. Then, when we move into the hypnosis portion, you close your eyes and I guide you from there — the screen stops mattering. Most people are surprised by how quickly the distance disappears.
Every session is scheduled directly with me. There’s no app, no portal, no waiting room.
The Same 8-Session Structure — Nothing Is Watered Down
This is a deliberately time-limited program. Eight sessions, start to finish, with a defined beginning and end. Most people notice a real shift by session four.
I built it that way on purpose. Open-ended arrangements drift. A structured program keeps us focused on what you came in for, and it respects your time and your budget. Working remotely doesn’t change any of that — the same NLP tools, the same hypnosis work, the same sequence.
Why I Can Work With You In Any State
I’m a Board Certified Hypnotist and a Licensed NLP Master Practitioner. I am not a licensed therapist, and what I do is educational coaching — it complements medical and psychological care rather than replacing it.
That distinction matters practically: because this is coaching, I’m not bound by state licensure lines. A licensed clinician in Pennsylvania generally can’t keep working with you once you cross a state border. I can. If you move, travel for work, or relocate mid-program, nothing stops.
What We Work On
Generalized worry that never quite switches off. Social anxiety. Performance and presentation anxiety. Anticipatory dread — the hours you lose bracing for something that hasn’t happened yet. Panic that arrives without warning. Racing thoughts at 2am.
Anxiety is a pattern your nervous system has learned. Patterns can be changed. Hypnosis helps your mind settle out of that heightened state and become open to something calmer; NLP gives you the tools to interrupt the spiral yourself, on your own, after we’re done.
Your First Session Is Free
Before anything else, we have a real conversation — no cost, no obligation. I want to hear what’s actually going on and tell you honestly whether I think I can help. If I don’t think this is right for you, I’ll say so.

Working With Students Who Leave for College
One of the most common reasons families call: a teenager has been doing well with someone locally, and then leaves for school out of state. The support ends exactly when the pressure spikes.
That doesn’t happen here. A student can start with me at home over the summer and continue through freshman year from a dorm room three states away, without changing anything. For minors, a parent is involved throughout.
Common Questions About Online Sessions
Does hypnosis work as well over video as in person?
In my experience, yes. Once your eyes are closed, the work is between you and your own mind — my voice is the part that has to travel, and video handles that fine. I prefer in person, but I’ve had remote clients do beautifully. Individual results vary.
What do I need on my end?
A device with a camera and a decent connection, headphones if there’s background noise, and a private room where you won’t be interrupted for an hour.
Can we do a mix of in-person and online?
Yes. Clients within driving distance of West Chester, PA often do both, depending on the week.
Do you work with teens and college students remotely?
Yes, with a parent involved for anyone under 18.
Is this a replacement for therapy or medication?
No. This is educational coaching and complementary support. It is never a substitute for care from a licensed medical or mental health professional, and I’d never advise anyone to stop working with theirs.
What does it cost?
We’ll go over that on the call, once I know what you’re dealing with and whether this is a fit. The first conversation costs nothing.
